What is a cookie dropping machine?
This machine is also called a cookie depositor machine. It is an automatic machine to lay raw cookies on a tray. This machine mimics the motion of hand-dropped cookies with several time speeds, more versatility, and hygiene. HMI controls this machine. Tray deposits cookies by squeezing the cookies better through nozzles of different shapes.

How do we achieve different shapes?
There are many ways to achieve shapes in cookie-dropping machines; here we are listing all of them.
- Stationary drop: Keeping the nozzle stable and dropping the cookies is a stationary drop. The shape of cookies is dependent on the nozzle shape.
- Rotary drop: In rotary drop, the cookie-dropping nozzle rotates in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction ar variable speed. This gives many cookie designs.
- Long drop: In long drop the nozzle is stationary and the tray moves forward or backward. This makes elongated-shaped cookies.
- Mixed drop: In mixed drop, we use various combinations of long drop and rotary drop.
- Horizontal wire cut: The cookie is cut from end to end, and the top is shaped as per the nozzle shape.
- Vertical Wire Cut: The cookies are cut from top and bottom, and the cookies boundaries are shaped as per the shape of the nozzle.
