The different components of diesel burner are:
Diesel burner: Hindchef uses Reilo diesel burner inside its ovens. It is a cubical-shaped burner with protruded head which connects with the fire chamber.
Fire chamber: It is another important component of diesel oven. It has many fire pipes. The fire travels downward to upward and blows out of the chimney.
Blower: We use blower inside the fire chamber to blow heat inside the pipes.
Working of diesel bakery oven
Diesel bakery oven works with the help of diesel fuel. The diesel burner mentioned above has fire chamber and blower blows the heat towards the oven fins. The fins used inside the rotary rack oven heat the oven and help in baking.
let’s know step wise process to heat the oven:
- Firstly, Fix the Reilo diesel burner with the fire chamber. Fix the fire chamber above the diesel burner. Fire chamber is made of 4 mm stainless steel.
- Secondly, use blower on the motor to blow the air towards the oven.
- Now, start your diesel burner to initiate the baking process.
- When the burning starts, blower blows the heat travel towards oven through the pipes.
- Fins and slits are used inside the oven to keep it heated.
- Blower pulls heat which travel inside the slits and heat the oven.
- To maintain natural food taste, fire chamber has one long pipe working as chimney.
